This Panel PC is based on the GNU/Linux operating system, with Raspbian/Ubuntu installed on an SD card, and features a wide array of built-in interfaces including Ethernet, USB, and dual-band wireless LAN that supports both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz IEEE 802.11ac, as well as Bluetooth 5.0 and BLE. It is designed to operate reliably within a temperature range of 0 to 40C and can handle humidity levels between 10% and 90%.
The TouchBerry Panel PC is equipped with multiple input/output options, including digital and analog inputs that can be configured via jumpers, as well as digital outputs. The GPIO voltage ranges for inputs are from 5 to 24 VDC, and for outputs from 7.5 to 24 Vdc. The device supports standard protocols such as RS232, RS485, and Ethernet with MODBUS available, facilitating communication with other Industrial Shields devices, as well as third-party devices and machinery.
In complex systems, it is possible to network multiple TouchBerry Panel PCs together, providing a comprehensive monitoring and control solution for entire production plants, with real-time data readily accessible.
