The Sparkfun Spring Terminals – PCB Mount (2-Pin) provide a quick and reliable method for interfacing with bare wires. By opening the small arm, inserting the wire, and releasing the arm, the wire is securely held in place. These terminals are more resilient and capable of handling higher currents compared to breadboard or female header connections. They feature a 0.1″ standard spacing and can be directly inserted into perf and proto boards. The terminals are rated up to 150V at 2A and can accommodate 26 to 20AWG wire.
