The Snapmaker A250T/A250 Rotary Module is a powerful addition to the Snapmaker 2.0, transforming it into a formidable desktop CNC machining tool. This module is particularly adept at creating intricate three-dimensional artworks, including desktop miniatures and small sculptures.

Unlike other 3D printing technologies, this rotary module can achieve a high level of detail and craftsmanship without the issues of under extrusion, layer shifting, or stringing. It does not require the support typically needed for FDM or SLA technologies.

The inclusion of a fourth axis allows the Snapmaker to perform rotary CNC carving and laser operations. The rotary module employs strain wave gearing and incorporates a 100:1 speed reducer, which adjusts the power to a lower output speed. This feature enables the 3-jaw chuck to rotate at a minimum angle of 0.1, ensuring precision even on uneven and irregular surfaces.
