The Sherline Rotary Table Chuck Lock is an essential accessory designed to secure the chuck firmly in place during machining operations. This innovative tool was originally conceptualized by a customer, ensuring practical application and reliability. It is specifically crafted to prevent the chuck from unthreading itself when mounted on a rotary table, thereby enhancing the precision and safety of machining tasks.

Primarily intended for use with rotary tables, the chuck lock can also be adapted for mill tables. It is compatible with both 3- and 4-jaw self-centering chucks, accommodating diameters of 2.5 inches and 3.1 inches. This versatility is further enhanced by the Chuck to T-slot Adapter, which facilitates secure attachment to the T-slot on the table.

The design includes three different mounting hole locations for the stop pin, allowing for flexible positioning. Additionally, the chuck lock can be rotated up to 82 degrees, providing further adaptability to various machining requirements.
