Featuring a reverse mount, it allows convenient access to the handwheel from the front of the machine. This rotary table is plated with Nickel-Teflon, offering a rust-resistant surface with enhanced lubrication qualities, making it ideal for daily use in production environments. The table measures 2 inches in height and 4 inches (100mm) in diameter, constructed from solid bar stock steel, and weighs seven pounds. It is laser-engraved with precise lines every 5, numbered every 15, and calibrated with a 72-tooth worm gear driven by a handwheel or stepper motor. The handwheel is divided into 50 parts, allowing for precise adjustments of 1/10 per line, facilitating 3600 increments without interpolation. The rotary table supports horizontal weight capacities of up to 50 lbs and vertical weight capacities of up to 30 lbs, with a vertical rotational torque of 6 foot/lbs. For compatibility with the Tilting Angle Table (P/N 3750), the 10-32 center hole must be drilled to a 1/2 diameter. Additionally, this manual rotary table can be upgraded to CNC-ready through a factory-only conversion process.
