The RoboG4TM Brushless DC Motor Controller 360A 60V Single Channel w/ STO PLe (Gen 4) is designed to efficiently manage brushless DC motors. This single-channel controller is capable of handling a substantial current, with a maximum of 360 amps per channel and a continuous current capacity of 240 amps per channel. It is equipped with a variety of communication interfaces, including RS232, RS485, USB, and Ethernet, to ensure versatile connectivity options.

The unit features advanced control methods, including Field Oriented Control (FOC), and supports both trapezoidal and sinusoidal commutation. It is compatible with a range of rotor sensors, such as encoders, Hall sensors, Sin/Cos sensors, SSI, SPI, and resolvers, providing flexibility in feedback mechanisms to suit different application needs.

In terms of safety, the controller is designed with a Safe Torque Off (STO) function that meets PLe, Cat3, and SIL3 standards, ensuring high levels of functional safety.
