The Phidgets NEMA11 – 1.8 Degree – 1.5A Stepper – 27:1 Gearbox is a compact bipolar stepper motor featuring a rear shaft and an integrated planetary gearbox. This motor is designed to deliver precise motion control with a step angle of approximately 0.067 degrees at the gearbox output, making it suitable for applications requiring fine positional accuracy. The motor is capable of producing a torque of 14 kgcm at low speeds, ensuring robust performance in demanding environments.
The integrated planetary gearbox has a reduction ratio of 26 103/121:1, enhancing the motor’s torque output and precision. The rear shaft is exposed, allowing for the attachment of an encoder or shaft coupler, which can be beneficial for feedback and control systems.
