Outback Hot Rocks are a high quality replacement for lava rock. They are UK manufactured from a mix of slate, oakwood particles and purified charcoal, each of the 55 pieces has a consistent shape and finish. Hot Rocks are nonporous and will not absorb grease, helping to reduce fat fires, the sloped surface allows grease to either run off into the drip tray/grease cup, or evaporate into the meat giving that great charcoal flavour.
