This component is compatible with both flat and dome end caps, as well as custom-made end caps, providing versatility in various applications. Constructed from anodized aluminum, the flange features dual radial O-rings and a face seal O-ring, ensuring reliable sealing under high-pressure conditions.
The flange incorporates a locking cord gland and an anti-rotation feature, enhancing its stability and security when attached to the tube. It includes PTFE locking cord and handles to firmly secure the flange, making it an integral part of watertight enclosures. The internal mounting holes facilitate the secure attachment of internal components, such as the electronics tray in the BlueROV2.
This flange is specifically designed to interface with watertight enclosure tubes that have precision machined features, ensuring a precise and secure fit. It is available individually, allowing for customization and configuration of complete watertight enclosures.
