The Witmotion WTVB01-BT50 Bluetooth MPU6050 Multi-Cascade High-Stability 3-Axis Vibration Sensor is equipped with various host computers, instruction manuals, and development manuals to meet user requirements. It boasts a communication distance of 50m.
The WTVB01-BT50 is an effective solution for mechanical bearing vibration measurement and real-time monitoring. It is capable of outputting three-axis displacement, three-axis speed, three-axis angle, and three-axis frequency. This vibration sensor is designed to detect faults in advance and provide early warnings to prevent machinery from operating under detrimental conditions, thereby preventing damage.
The sensor utilizes advanced digital filtering technology to effectively reduce measurement noise and enhance measurement accuracy. It is versatile in function and can be widely used in bearing vibration measurement and real-time monitoring of rotating machinery such as submersible pumps, fans, steam turbines, coal mills, oxygen generators, generators, centrifuges, compressors, water pumps, and motors.
The dimensions of the sensor are 51.5mm x 36.1mm x 15mm (2.02*1.42*0.59inch). It has an output frequency range of 1Hz to 100Hz. The sensor measures time, vibration (velocity, amplitude, displacement) with a vibration speed range of 0-50mm/s, amplitude range of 0-180, and vibration displacement range of 0-30000um. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 C to +85 C.
The sensor features a TypeC/BLE 5.0 interface and a baud rate of 115200. It operates at a frequency of 1-100Hz (default 10Hz). Technical support is available through PC software, Android, and sample code.
