The Pololu ACS724 Current Sensor Carrier (0A to 20A) is a straightforward carrier of Allegro’s unidirectional 20A ACS724LLCTR-20AU Hall effect-based linear current sensor. This sensor is characterized by a low-resistance current path of approximately 1.2 m and offers electrical isolation up to 2.4 kV RMS.

The model accepts a unidirectional current input up to 20 A and produces a proportional analog voltage of 200 mV/A, which measures 500 mV when the input current is zero. The typical output error is approximately 0.7%. The sensor operates within a voltage range of 4.5to 5 V and is designed for use in 5 V systems.
