The FingerTech Twist Hubs Pair 6mm Thin is designed to facilitate the secure mounting of FingerTech Foam Wheels, which are favored in combat robotics for their impact absorption capabilities and protection of drive motor gearboxes. These hubs are compatible with both FingerTech Foam Wheels and hobby store alternatives such as Lite Flites and Lectra Lites. The foam tire is firmly held in place by a custom locking washer, which requires pressing and a 90-degree turn for release. The hub itself is affixed to the motor shaft using a robust 8-32 setscrew.

This product is now available with a 6mm bore, making it suitable for use with Brushless Mega Spark gearmotors. The Twist Hubs feature upgraded lengthwise fins that prevent the tire from spinning on the hub, even if the washer does not compress the tire. The hubs are crafted from anodized 6061 aluminum, ensuring high strength while maintaining a low weight. They are available in two widths, 0.50 inches (thin) and 0.75 inches (wide), and can accommodate shaft bores of 3mm, 4mm, and 6mm, with the option to drill out to 6.35mm (0.25 inches).

Note: Ensure the correct Thin/Wide size is selected to match the wheels being used.
