The FingerTech 3lb Beater Bar Assembly is meticulously designed for the 3lb ‘Beetleweight’ class of combat robots. This assembly features a beater bar crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum, renowned for its strength and durability, ensuring optimal performance in competitive environments. The beater bar measures 106.7mm in length and 50.8mm in height, with a thickness of 19.05mm, providing a robust and effective weapon for combat scenarios.

The assembly includes a 30T pulley with Delrin flanges, which contributes to the overall length of 123.4mm. The total weight of the assembly is 324 grams, making it a lightweight yet formidable component for any combat robot. The design incorporates four holes on each side of the bar for the installation of screw ‘teeth’, which enhance the bar’s effectiveness by adding an additional 12.7mm to its height.

This assembly is compatible with frames having a maximum outside width of 152mm and a material thickness ranging from 9.53mm to 12.7mm. The package includes all necessary components for installation, ensuring a seamless integration into the robot’s design.
