The device features an onboard M.2 (NGFF) Key B slot, which accommodates SIM82XX and RM5XX series 5G modules. The HAT supports multiple operating systems, including Raspberry Pi OS and OpenWRT, ensuring broad compatibility and ease of integration into various applications.
Designed with a HAT+ standard, the device includes an onboard I2C EEPROM for storing HAT+ ID and product information.
