The Waveshare HDMI to CSI Adapter for Raspberry Pi Series, 1080p@30fps Support is an innovative solution designed to integrate HDMI cameras with Raspberry Pi boards. This adapter facilitates the use of HDMI cameras in a manner similar to standard Raspberry Pi CSI cameras, ensuring compatibility with all versions of Raspberry Pi series boards. It supports video input up to 1080p at 30 frames per second, providing high-quality video streaming capabilities.

The adapter is engineered to work seamlessly with the Raspberry Pi OS 32-bit operating system, operating at a voltage of 3.3V and within a temperature range of -30 to 70 degrees Celsius. It converts HDMI video signals into a 2-lane MIPI CSI-2 output, while audio is transmitted via an I2S audio output in LPCM format. This makes it a versatile tool for various applications requiring high-definition video and audio integration.

Note: It is required to connect the reserved solder pad to the I2S pin of Raspberry Pi for audio output.
