The Waveshare CoreEP4CE6 Altera Core Board is an advanced FPGA core board featuring the Altera Cyclone IV chip, specifically the EP4CE6E22C8N model. This board is designed to support further expansion and includes an onboard serial configuration device, EPCS16SI8N. It integrates essential FPGA circuits, such as a clock circuit, and is equipped with a nCONFIG button, a RESET button, and four LEDs. All input/output ports are accessible via pin headers, facilitating easy integration into application systems.

The board includes a JTAG debugging and programming interface, allowing for efficient development and testing. The 2.54mm header pitch design ensures compatibility with various systems. The board is powered by multiple voltage regulators and includes a power indicator, a power switch, and a 50M active crystal oscillator. Additionally, it features a 5V DC jack for power supply.

Note: A separate debugger is required for JTAG debugging, as the board does not include integrated debugging functions.
