The AndyMark Polybelt Welder Clamp Tool is designed to facilitate the creation of custom-length Polybelt loops with ease and precision. This tool incorporates a set of thumb screws that simplify the process of clamping belt ends securely. The innovative over-center linkage mechanism ensures that the melted belt ends are effortlessly brought together and held in place as they cool, streamlining the installation of custom-length polybelt loops on various mechanisms.

Capable of accommodating polyurethane belts up to 2 inches in width, the tool features alignment notches that assist in the precise positioning of 1 or 2-inch wide belts. The process involves placing the cut belt ends under the clamping plates, tightening the thumb screws until the belt is snug, and using a heat source to melt the belt ends. Once melted, the clamp is closed to press the ends together, and after cooling, the thumb screws are loosened to release the belt.
