The AndyMark CIMple Box V2 Single Stage Gearbox Falcon Pinion Long Key Shaft is a robust and reliable gearbox designed for efficient power transmission. This single-stage, single reduction gearbox offers a gear reduction ratio of 4.67:1, making it suitable for various applications requiring precise control and power management. The gearbox is delivered in kit form, allowing for customization and assembly according to specific needs.
This gearbox accommodates up to two motors and includes all necessary hardware for installation. Users can choose between pinions compatible with either NEO/CIM style motors or Falcon 500 motors, providing flexibility in motor selection. The V2 version introduces enhanced mounting options with a 1-inch pitch for #10 screws, allowing for versatile orientation of the mounting flanges based on user preference.
The gearbox features a “standard” weight-relieved 56T gear and offers options for either CIM style or Falcon 500 inputs. It is designed with multiple shaft options to cater to diverse application requirements. For optimal performance and longevity, it is recommended to use grease, specifically red tacky grease, to ensure smooth operation and reduce wear over time.
