The cable’s construction employs the same high-quality wire and crimped connector components as the standard length battery cable, utilizing a powerful 6-ton pneumatic crimping tool for optimal results. The overall length of the cable is customizable, allowing for a range of lengths up to 36 inches, with a precision tolerance of +/- 1 inch. This adaptability makes it suitable for various applications where specific cable lengths are required.
Note: As the length of the battery cable increases, the internal resistance of the wire also rises, potentially causing a voltage drop that can reduce power delivery to motors and control systems. It is advisable to keep the cable as short as safely possible to minimize this effect.
