The AndyMark Battery Power Cable 20″ is a custom-length cable designed to meet high standards of durability and performance. This cable is constructed from 6 gauge multi-strand wire, ensuring robust conductivity and flexibility. The connectors are meticulously crimped and safeguarded with heat shrink tubing, providing reliable and secure connections.

One end of the cable is equipped with an SB-50A APP connector, while the opposite end features 1/4″ diameter crimped ring terminals. These components are assembled using a powerful 6-ton pneumatic crimping tool, ensuring a high-quality finish and dependable performance.

The cable’s length is precisely tailored to 20 inches, with a tolerance of plus or minus one inch, offering a balance between flexibility and minimal resistance. This design consideration helps to minimize voltage drop, thereby optimizing power delivery to motors and control systems.

Note: As the length of the battery cable increases, internal resistance also rises, potentially leading to a voltage drop and reduced power efficiency.
