This version features a larger through-hole, facilitating the mounting of chucks, and is enhanced with a Nickel-Teflon coating on the tabletop. This coating provides a rust-resistant surface that is both durable and lubricated, making it ideal for continuous use in production environments.

The rotary table is constructed from solid bar stock steel, ensuring robustness and stability, and weighs seven pounds. It stands at a height of two inches with a diameter of four inches. The table is precisely engraved with laser markings every five degrees, numbered every fifteen degrees, which are calibrated with a 72-tooth worm gear. This gear is operated by a handwheel or stepper motor, allowing for precise control. The handwheel is divided into fifty parts, enabling each line to represent one-tenth of a degree, thus allowing a full circle to be divided into 3600 increments without the need for interpolation.

The rotary table is capable of supporting a weight capacity of 50 pounds in a horizontal orientation and 30 pounds in a vertical orientation. It offers a vertical rotational torque of six foot-pounds and maintains mechanical backlash at 0.2 degrees or less, ensuring precision and reliability in various applications.
