The iFlight Taurus X8 Pro O3 8S HD Cinelifter (No Receiver, no Battery) is a sophisticated aerial platform designed for professional filmmakers and photographers. It is engineered to carry substantial payloads, including DSLR and cinema cameras such as the Red Komodo, Zcam, and BMPCC. This cine-lifter features DJI’s FPV HD transmission system, ensuring high-quality video feed and control.
The drone is equipped with eight single X-Class grade ESCs, providing maximum reliability and power, which is crucial for safely transporting expensive cinema equipment. In the event of an overload or failure, the remaining ESCs and motors are capable of returning the equipment safely. Additionally, the GPS rescue feature automatically takes control in case of signal interference or loss, guiding the drone back to its liftoff location until signal transmission is restored.
The integrated TPU landing gear offers adequate height for various terrains and provides protection during harder landings. The drone supports a maximum payload of 2kg, accommodating a range of top-mounted cameras. The stable mount can be finely adjusted to achieve a perfectly balanced center of gravity. The top-mounted 8S battery serves as both a power source and a counterweight, easily exchangeable via the iFlight battery quick-release mounting system.
The adjustable CNC aluminum camera mount allows for angles between 5 to 35 degrees, ensuring secure and reproducible outcomes. The silicon-ball-dampened carbon camera base is decoupled from the frame to minimize vibrations from motors and propellers, enhancing the quality of cinematic shots. For optimal results, additional software stabilization or a hardware module is recommended. Note: Ensure proper handling and operation to avoid damage to equipment and maintain safety.
