The DFRobot High Torque Waterproof Digital Servo w/ Magnetic Encoder (35KG, 360, IP54) is an advanced servo motor designed for precise and reliable performance. It features a 12-bit high-precision magnetic encoder sensor, enabling absolute control of the servos position within a 360-degree range. This ensures exceptional accuracy and improved linear motion capability. The servos internal mechanism includes reinforced steel gears with an optimized center distance, providing durability and enhanced power transmission. A dual ball bearing design ensures smoother operation, while an aluminum housing enhances heat dissipation, contributing to a longer lifespan.
The servo is equipped with electronic and temperature protections for a safer user experience. It automatically triggers a protective torque output if the torque exceeds the overload capacity for a continuous period of 4 seconds. Additionally, if the servos temperature exceeds 70 degrees, it ceases torque output until the temperature drops below this threshold. Enhanced water resistance is achieved through waterproof gaskets at the joints, a waterproof varnish coating on the circuit board, and specialized adhesive sealing for the motor and potentiometer. This servo also includes various servo horns, allowing for versatile applications in different environments.
