The BlueRobotics Watertight Enclosure Tubes – 50 Mm (2″) Cast Acrylic Plastic – 150 Mm (5.9″) – 250 M are designed for robust underwater applications. These second-generation tubes are available in various lengths and materials, including clear cast acrylic plastic and anodized 661-T6 aluminum. They feature precision machined O-ring interfaces, a locking cord, and an anti-rotation mechanism, ensuring a secure and reliable seal. Rated for depths up to 95 meters, these tubes offer a significant upgrade over their predecessors, providing enhanced durability and performance.

The precision machined O-ring interfaces at each end of the tubes ensure a consistent and reliable fit with the sealing flange, while the smooth surface finish guarantees proper sealing. Additionally, the ends of the tubes are machined to include a gland for a locking cord and a slot for cord insertion, which also serves as an anti-rotation feature. This design maintains the flanges orientation with the tube, preventing any potential damage to the contents of the enclosure.

These tubes are available individually and can be configured into a complete watertight enclosure. Custom lengths are not available due to the precision machining required for the interfaces.
