The BlueRobotics 200 mm / 8-inch O-Ring Flange seals to a tube on one end and to an end cap on the other, creating a high-pressure watertight interface when used with flat or dome end caps. These flanges, made from anodized aluminum, feature dual radial O-rings and a face seal O-ring to ensure reliable high-pressure sealing. They include a locking cord gland and an anti-rotation feature, along with PTFE locking cord and handles to secure the flange to the tube. Compatibility is limited to watertight enclosure tubes with precision machined features at each end.

Additionally, four internal mounting holes facilitate the secure attachment of internal contents, a feature utilized in the BlueROV2 to hold the electronics tray. The flanges are available individually, allowing for the configuration of a complete watertight enclosure.
