The Firgelli Automations Super Duty Actuator 24-Inch Stroke, 450 lbs are constructed from robust materials, ensuring a performance that is both quiet and resilient. These units are equipped with a Hall Effect Feedback Sensor, particularly useful in synchronized systems. The Super Duty Linear Actuator models employ a worm gear drive mechanism, enhancing their quiet operation and making them significantly more difficult to back drive compared to other Linear Actuator styles.
The construction involves a sturdy aluminum case with aluminum rods, designed to withstand substantial forces. The built-in end-of-stroke limit switches ensure the safe cessation of the actuators at both retracted and extended positions.
