The SingleTact Calibrated USB Capacitive Force Sensor 8mm 1N (0.22LB) is a single-element tactile pressure sensor that accurately and reliably quantifies applied force, that can be combined with either: a simple interface board offering a 0 to 2 V analog output for immediate Data Acquisition (DAQ) integration and an I2C based interface for integration into embedded systems, or a direct to PC USB solution for the simplest way to get started with tactile pressure sensors.
The SingleTact system interface board is the most common method for obtaining pressure information from the SingleTact pressure sensors.
Featuring both an analog and digital I2C interface in a compact form factor, the system interface board allows simple integration of SingleTact pressure sensors into embedded systems, analog controllers, and custom DAQ systems to fulfill any application.
